Terms of service
MAIN INFORMATION• You are buying a digital product, not a printed product.
• I'll send you two (2) final pictures: One in high quality (with my signature on it) and another one in low quality, for you to upload it to your Social Media.
• These are personal use commissions (except twitch emotes and badges). For commercial use commissions, ask me.
• Personal Commission also means: YOU CAN'T USE THEM on NFT related activity, like resell them as tokens, mint them, etc.
•Save your illustrations! This is important for avoiding them to get lost.
•When the sketch is finished, I'll send you a low quality picture, in case you want a little change or confirm to keep going with it.
• When you ask me for a commission, you are accepting my TOS and agreeing to fulfill them. Also you CAN'T ask Paypal for a chargeback when you receive your product.
• Detailed backgrounds and complex pets/weapons/designs will have an extra fee.
COPYRIGHT AND SERVICESAs the artist of the commission, I have all the rights of the illustration, so I can:
• Upload the picture to my Social Media, naming you as the character's owner and/or the commissioner.
• Use it to promote myself.
• Add it to my portfolioAs customer, you can:
•Upload the picture to your Social Media, crediting me as artist of the illustration (with my @, etc).
• Print the illustration ONLY for personal use
• Use it to decorate your non profiting social media.
YOU CAN'T:
•Change, modify, trace or use my work without my prior permission.
•Use the illustration for commercial purposes (Unless it's a commercial illustration)
• Claiming you made the illustration.
•Erase my watermark or my signature.
PAYMENT•I'll only accept Paypal payments.
•The payment will be accepted only in Dollars (USD) or Euros.
•The payment will be upfront before I start to drawing.
• I'll ask you for the payment through paypal invoice, so don't send anything until you receive it.
• Once the payment is done and everything is correct, you will be add to my commission list.
COMMISSION FORM
You must fill the following form:
WORK TIMEI'll try to finish your commission as fast as I can, but, please, be patient.
If I have more commission before yours, the waiting time will be longer.
The maximum time since I send you the invoice and you receive your commission should be two/three months
If there is an issue or something, I'll tell it to you.
REFUNDS•I'll refund the 100% of the payment if I haven't started the sketch.
•If I have started already or when the sketch is done, I'll refund the 50% of the payment.
•If I'm working past the sketch, there is no possible refund.
• If you do a Paypal chargeback, you'll lost all right over any work or service I've made to you, and also the right to use the illustration for any use I want, including commercial use. You will lose any chance to ask me another commission in the future. Moreover, other users will be informed about your actions.
